The Overview screen

Overview is the first item in the menu bar at the top of CataSEO, before Products. Click it from any screen to come back.

Each card shows a number, a status, and a button into that area.

• Products — the number of products under Pending optimization, with a progress bar and two counts: approved and total. Click View products to open the Products screen. The bar fills green for approved products and amber for products waiting for your review. Products that are still being optimized are counted as waiting for review, because they land in that queue.
• Categories and Brands — an SEO score out of 100 (/100 SEO score), a count of total and published, and a status:
  • N pending means that many are waiting for your approval.
  • N to optimize means that many have no description written yet.
  • Up to date means neither applies.

  Waiting for your approval is shown ahead of unwritten work, so you only see Up to date when there is nothing left on either list. Click View categories or View brands to open that screen.

• Tokens — your Express balance and your Batch balance. Click Manage plan to open Settings → Subscription & tokens. See Plans and tokens.

You’ll only see a Categories or Brands card when your platform has that screen. Platforms where CataSEO can’t write SEO fields for them, such as Amazon, show neither the card nor the menu item.

If CataSEO can’t load some of the figures, a notice says “We couldn’t load some of your figures. They’ll refresh on your next visit.”

Under the cards, Recent activity lists what has run on your store, across products, categories and brands. It’s read-only: there’s nothing to click on an entry. It answers “did the thing I asked for actually happen?”.

Each entry shows what happened, who did it, the details, and when:

• Who is one of You, Batch (a batch run), System, or Catie on your behalf.
• What includes batch optimizations, products optimized, approved and reverted, catalog imports, product assessments, token purchases and monthly token top-ups, and subscription changes. The details say things like “12 products published to your storefront”. When something in a run failed, the entry adds the number that failed.
• When reads “Just now”, “5 min ago”, “3 h ago” or “2 d ago”, then switches to a date once an entry is a week old or more.

Click Load more at the bottom to see older entries. The list refreshes while a batch runs, so you can watch progress without reloading.

Before anything has run, it reads “Nothing has run yet. Optimize a product to get started.”
