What does CataSEO cost?

It depends on whether you use Batch Tokens or Express Tokens.  Batch Tokens are $0.50 a piece, to optimized 50, 100 or 250 products per month.  Express Tokens are $0.75 a piece to optimize products one at a time.  Express Tokens must be purchased in minimum quantities of (10) at a time. How do I subscribe to CataSEO?

In the CataSEO app in BigCommerce, in the upper right hand corner there are 3 little gears.  Click on that icon and it will open up a window that will tell you how many tokens you have and allow you to pay for more.  If you are using Batch Tokens, once you choose your monthly optimization quantity we'll automatically bill you each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription.  For example, if you signed up on the 17th of the month your subscription will be renewed on the 17th of each month, and your optimization date will follow within 24 hours.

If you're purchasing Express Tokens, you can buy them as you need them.  They are available for use immediately.

What kind of ROI can I expect with CataSEO?

Your ROI comes on several levels...

First, in our experience, even using ChatGPT, it takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes to create a new product description, title, meta data, etc.  If you assume that CataSEO is optimizing 3 products per hour using express tokens, the cost is $2.25.  Compare that to what your time is worth generating revenue for your business...or the cost of an SEO expert, which can range from $50-200+/hr.
Second, and more importantly, take a look at the revenue your store is doing, at your current site traffic level.  How much do you have to grow your business to cover the cost of optimizing 100 products per month ($50)?  Nothing is every guaranteed in SEO, but any expert would tell you that consistency, over time, pays off many times in increased revenue and PPC savings.

I have 5,000 products in my catalog...how much is it going to cost me to optimize my store?

Accepted Answer

The search engines, particularly Google, love new content and continuous improvement.  We always recommend optimizing 10% of your catalog each month over time.  If you are using Batch Tokens, optimizing 500 products per month, your cost would be $250 per month.
